2025 ISBI Regional Conference Delegate Registration Cancelation & Refund Policy

• Delegate registration cancelation prior to July 1, 2025 is refundable but subject to a $25 administrative fee.
• Delegate registration cancelation on or after August 1, 2025 is eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fees paid.
• Delegate registration cancelation on or after September 1, 2025 is eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
• Delegate registration cancelation on or after October 1, 2025 is eligible for a 25% refund of the registration fees paid.
• Delegate registration cancelation on or after November 1, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid.
