ISBI Statement Regarding the war at the Ukraine

The International Society for Burn Injuries is actively monitoring the situation in the Ukraine and will work with EBA, BBA and other European Burn Organizations to provide support to those affected by burn injury as needed. Our European ISBI members are being updated on the current situation on a regular basis. Since the European Burn organizations are closer to the action and they have already began working with local governments, we believe that they are more capable to react to the immediate needs of patients needing burn care. We are available to help our colleagues in Europe as needed.
